Hello and welcome to our home page. Let me tell you a little bit about us.
We’re a mobile pizzeria that has very high standards in products and service. We're passionate about pizzas and our mobile wood fired oven is more like a pizzeria on wheels - it’s fully equipped to cater any function - whether it's a birthday party, corporate event, wedding or even a fundraising event!
We have catered for intimate gatherings of 10 people through to large corporate events feeding 900+ people.
We bring everything needed to produce piping hot pizzas, even the kitchen sink, so you don’t have to worry about a mess in your kitchen!
We also can personalise the menu to suit any dietary requirements or for your particular tastes.
How it works
We will arrive at the party/event about two hours prior to your official start time and we use this time to set up the oven and ingredients. As your guests start to trickle into the party we will start to make entree style pizzas, and soon after that move straight on to making the main course pizzas. We'll make the main course pizzas for most of the service, and finish off with dessert pizzas.
But every party has its own particular needs, so this description is just a guideline. However in any case, we’ll bring everything required to make wood fired pizzas and also the pizza chef and the pizza chef assistant.
We keep the price of wait staff out of the general pricing structure, as we’ve noticed that most of our clients prefer to keep their parties informal and keep the cost down of their parties—and being that most parties are about celebrating with friends and family, you probably will not need wait staff, but we can provide it if need be.
Your guests are welcome to make any special requests as well - we're happy to make a custom ordered pizza so long as we have the ingredients on board (see menus tab for more on this).
Pizza Plus . . .
Wait staff
For larger parties (100+ people) or special events we recommended hiring wait staff to circulate pizzas to your guests throughout the party and also take any special requests your guests may have. We can provide wait staff at a rate of $25-$45 per hour.
Bartender
Yes, we can help with that. Qualified, bartenders with RSA licence available for $30-50 p.h.
How to make a booking
We can sometimes be booked out months in advance especially for weekends, so please contact us as soon as you can so we can answer any questions you may have, or to give you an obligation free quote. If you are interested in booking, and if your party date is available, we’ll then give you details for payment of a deposit. Payment of a deposit will secure your booking date.
